Since 2010 Francisco Lugo has served as the Executive Director of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity. Bro. Lugo served in various capacities at the national level prior to becoming Executive Director, including Director of Undergraduate Affairs (2007-2010), Midwest Province Governor (2006-2007), Ohio Regional Director (2004-2006), and Chi Colony (Ohio) President (2003-2004).
Bro. Lugo became a brother in the Spring of 2003 at the Chi Colony at the University of Dayton, in Dayton Ohio. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in History and Communication in 2004 and an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel in 2007.
He currently works at Georgia Southern University as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Before that, he served as the Assistant Director of Student Activities for Campus Programming at The University of Texas at San Antonio. He spent a year at Miami University in Oxford Ohio as the Interim Assistant Director of the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and Leadership.
Bro. Lugo is a native of Puerto Rico.
